2Sugar Free Wheat Toast with cheese melted on top(open face) (glass of water)
Snack: 27 cheez-it(glass of water)
Lunch: Ceasar Salad w/pecans w/ 2 oz of salmon and a turkey burger with cheese on top & ketchup(no bread) (2 glasses of water)
Dinner: Ceasar Salad w/pecans 2Sugar Free Wheat Toast w/ peanut butter and more meat if I can find it
Snack: Tortilla chips 14
